Maintenance Hive is family-owned and operated. We are based in London and Essex, and are available to work within a 15-mile radius. Working close to our base enables us to get to you quickly and punctually.
The business was launched in 2018 to provide gas, Energy Performance, and electrical testing for homes and commercial premises. With continuously changing regulations affecting gas, Energy, and electrical appliances and fixtures, we are here to complete assessments and issue the required paperwork to keep you compliant.
Our engineers are continuously trained to understand what is needed and what regulation changes have become law.
What
We Do
Energy Performance Certificates show the energy efficiency of a building, and we are in the local area and ready to complete both domestic and commercial assessments. Our team issues the paperwork you require to stay compliant at the end of the assessment.
EICR provides you with a report on the electrical installation of your property. We have electricians nearby who can test your systems and give you a written report to prove an inspection has been completed.
